My Lazy Day

Today is my lazy day.
I woke up an hour late.
Didn’t even bother to rush.
Got ready, got dressed.
Went to work, and did what I do.
Left work and went to class.
Took a nap right in front of my professor.
Not a care on my mind.

Just sleep.

Chugged my latte
Hoping for energy.
At the library, I slouch in my seat.
Waiting for the caffeine to kick.
Knowing I have so much to do,
I relax and browse my Facebook.
10 papers to write
5 web pages to design
But I won’t do it.
Today is my lazy day.
And I’m satisfied.
