Mohan Chutani Poet Couplet

My Indulgence

working hard to achieve set goals
is an indulgence that lifts my soul

time to rest, reflect and recreate
helps me internally reinvigorate

eating good food whose taste lingers
makes me repeatedly lick my fingers

admiring all that is beautiful 
keeps me smart and youthful 

going out to explore nature’s histories
helps me uncover many a mysteries

praying, meditating, and learning to love
prepares my soul to transcend as a dove
