My Hero
I read about it in books,
I seen it on tv.
I never thought it would happen to me.
Never thought that one day I would see
What I dreamt of for all eternity.
I never thought that happyness would
Overcome the fear that’s deep
Down inside of me.
Every cut, every scar healed when you touched me.
Every tear I’ve cried, every pain I felt
Disappeared with you touch
Every death I wished I could die
Washed away with you kiss
You are my hero my shinning light.
