My Heartbeats

I have made a little team, team PALMER,
And there is nothing in this world, that keeps my heart warmer,
Roxxie, Niques, Jj and Noya, my heartbeats,
My calcium,, my iron, my vitamins, my bag of sweets,
Live, love and full joy life, my beautiful offsprings,
Wishing you all the best life has to offer, soar like eagles 
and flow like the springs...
