My Heart Wants To Be With You

I can tell my mind not to miss you, not to want you,
not to need you, But my heart will not listen to my mind.
I can tell my mind that I am not in love with you and that I
don't care, It's hard for me to forget about the way my heart
feels, wanting to be with you still.
I can tell my mind that I don't miss kissing your lips,
that I don't miss seeing your face, how my soul hurts
every time you are away.
It's painful for me not to be with you,
I can tell my mind that I do not care, but my heart
wants to be with you.
