My Heart Reaches Out To You

I want so much to Help you,
 And to be there for you now,
 To  comfort you through all of this,
 If only I knew how.
  To let the Rain wash over your Pain,
 To let in the Sun to warm your loving face,
  To shine its rays, even in your Darkest place.
  and though I know you have so much to go through on your own,
  Never forget  that my heart reaches out to you,
 So you'll never be alone.
