My Heart Is Coming To a Stop Sign

My heart is coming to a stop sign
I see it just beyond
Along the road of this destiny
A lot of other hearts are strung
A detour is fairly impossible
The road is a very single one.

Just happens on this mournful trip
I didn't bring a friend
Nor did I bother to jeopardize
The heart of kit or kin
However I feel very shaky now
I'm coming to the end.
