My Heart Break and You

MY HEART BREAK AND YOU

My heart has been broken ever since
You said you could never love me

How could you say those 
Evil, cruel and callous things to me 
And expect me not to 
React the way I did?
That was the day my heart break began
Because of you and your 
Ruthless and uncaring ways
Every day I have looked into myself
And wondered what I did to deserve such a 
Kick to my heart and self esteem

Anguish and defeat overpowered my senses
Nothing felt right for what seemed like an eternity; the 
Day you said we had no future and walked out of my life

You decided I wasn’t good enough for you
Or was it you? who wasn’t good enough for me?
Understandably I was upset, but no more; I am done with my heart break and you.
