My Heart

My heart beats for me,                                                                                                              like flapping wings of a bee.                                                                                                Because of you I am alive,                                                                                                   you have given me my drive.                                                                                               

 

My heart longs for you,                                                                                                          our walks at morning's dew.                                                                                                  Our love,                                                                                                                                  you are my loving dove.

 

My heart what can I say,                                                                                                           I need a joy filled day.                                                                                                              I need to have some fun,                                                                                                      let's go play in the bright sun.
