My Golden Sun

Roll and roll along, my golden sun,
for with this sweet bright day you gifted me,
my heart and soul forever you have won.

My love and I leave footprints by the sea.
Roll and roll along, my golden sun
and keep my true love golden next to me.

Yes, roll and roll along, my golden sun.
I want for you to ever roll along.
Roll on and never let this day be done!

So hard to let go of those perfect days. We just want to hold onto every moment. I like the repetition of the theme phrase. It gives the sense of the movement of the sun crossing the sky. Congrats, again, my friend!

Nice little vignette personifying such elegant delight as gamboling away a few precious hours in mild sunlight by the sea. Each day a gift we're meant to use with purpose and not infrequently a bit of playful mirth.
