My God

He's always there
Watching silently over me
Always awake
There to protect me
One day of rest
After that one day
He slowly awakens
Opening his eye slowly
A little bit more each day
Finally he's completely awake
One eye always shut
As if blind
But I know he's always there
Watching silently over me
During the day
During the night
He's always there
He's my protector
And I love him
He's always there
Watching silently over me
