such lovely imagery for a short and seet verse! line 1 is a sentence [haiku uses phrases] all three lines though on the same topic have no grammatical connection [a haiku is a 2 part verse/ where you show the ... at the end of line 1 would indicate you think it is acting as the second line the juxtaposed image/ it is not all 3 lines refer to the rose] line 3 uses personification [haiku does not use personification
