My Garden of Friends 1 2 3

1
My garden of friends I cherish so dear,
Some blossom quickly and some take a few years.
Some show up here and some over there,
They are all so unique and that's why I care.

2
Each of our lives is just like a book.
There's lessons to learn every day.
There's so many chapters to undertake,
The book only ends when we're taken away.

3
God gave me a gift of friendship with you.
He made it honest, He made it true.
He expects only that I be fair,
And treat it with kindness and be sure to care.
