My Frosting

I don't know where to start I guess I'll just speak from my heart I do want this to mean more then the rest But I'll keep in mind your love is not a test Sitting here thinking about our times and memories And always laughing at our goofy stories I can't really explain what you mean to me Or how I feel you and I were meant to be We've changed each others lives without knowing And the depth of our friendship is needlessly unshowing I shouldn't question what makes me happy But I can't help to wonder how we came to be We started at our only focus was our nails Now all we seem to share is our heart and all its trials It amazes me how opposites can always see through each others eyes When we look past time when either of us cries Your my support when reliance was never really me And my mind, heart and soul is the bare truth to you, you see? We've grown together and even when apart with our maturity, it seems, we have a new start I thought I loved you before our mess Now I know our love is endless One thing you need to know, I'll try to explain How, without you, all I felt was a numbed pain This pain I felt was in your very presents When you were "gone" or "lost" in a sense I didn't know why or how you once left me but how lonely it was when your shadow was my only company I'm not always going to hold this hurt I once felt But unspoken was slowly making my heart melt I no longer want this pain to haunt me So lets never talk about this scare you now see I know time changes all and everything And I don't like to think the future of you and me Because the truth is- what we now have might cease exist Truth can hurt but lets keep focusd and our time now persist So if ever the day comes when there is no more "us" that you see Always, Always, Always know you'll forever be a part of me!
