My Friend

I have a friend so far away She makes me happy in every way We write to each other nearly every single day We share are thoughts and innermost feelings I love how she makes me so happy And the way that she makes me feel How can we love each other and yet we've never met It just seems so impossible but it's true Our love just grows in each and every way She makes me happy when I feel down She makes me laugh when I want to frown She carried me through such difficult times So now it's time to say thanks to you my Diane
