My First Love
to you my dear, i m writing this poem.
I know you wont read this in a million chance.
thats ok. i think the love i had for you was innocent
and for that, i think I should write.
i saw you when i was 8 .
I was at my Grandmas, and you were at yours.
we used to play in the sand,
wishing the night would never come.
the thing is dear, i had nt known what love is then.
i felt happy when you were around.
and sad whenever you left.
i never knew why it was like that.
i wish we met as adults.
my life would have never been the same.
i dont know where you are now.
and i m almost certain you wouldnt feel like i do.
what i had for you was in me.
only i realised it later on. so what?
love when pure & innocent & true.
living in your thoughts drains away my blue
