My Favorite Grandson
I'm a very special grandmother
I say this to everyone,
For my only daughter
Blessed me with a grandson.
He's so sweet and loveable
Unique and oh so smart,
He and I have a close bond
I knew we would from the start.
I was there when he was born
Cried when he went to school like my own,
He's so full of new surprises
Still a child yet already half grown.
I'll continue to enjoy him now
Even though i know one day,
He will find his true love and marry
Have children of his own and move away.
