My Father In Heaven
He sits in his throne in heaven,
Seeking to make my world a haven,
As he speaks in days of seven,
Filling my drought with speed of the raven,
From my fragile heart,he beckons my faith,
Cleansing me from doubt's bathe,
Ceasing harsh winds at a faster rate,
As I rise from failure's paste,
He is the rest of my labors,
For my fear he harbors,
Filling my belly with freedom's savors,
As I ride on his sweet favors,
He promises of a greater blessing,
For on my shoulders, commandments stay resting,
Causing temptation's pestering,
As I forge on to gain eternal serving,
