My Family...My Life
I am so thankful
Thankful for what God has done
He blessed me with life
A life that overcomes obstacles
A life that is stronger
He blessed me with parents
Parents who made a difference in my life
They showered me with love
They showed me the way to walk in
He blessed me with brothers
One elder, one younger
Brothers that I cannot do without
Brothers who make my life complete
He blessed me with my husband
A man who chose to share his life with me
A man who means the world to me
A man I dearly love
He blessed me with in-laws
Father in-law, mother in-law
Sister in-laws and brother in-laws
In-laws who are special to my heart
In-laws who enabled me to do my part
He blessed me with grandparents
Uncles and aunts
Cousins, nephews and nieces
All equally special
Totally valuable
He blessed me with a job
A job that's more of a ministry
Troubled girls and angry youths
Trying at times
But all precious to me
How fortunate I am
One thing I'm sure of
I'm blessed because of Jesus
