My Fair Lady
Can you my fair Lady
Can you picture this
A man so desperate for your love
He'd die for just one kiss
Can you my fair lady
Can you envision this
A man who needs to be so close
There's not a thing he would not risk
See the two candles flickering
The smoke rising from the flames
And we, two lonely strangers
Hardly know each other's name
Can you my fair Lady
Can you answer me
Would you allow this stranger
To come lie down by thee
Will you, my fair lady
As you close your eyes to see
Submit to this your hero
Come make sweet love with me
Picture this my lady
See The early dew on grass
As the wetness of the morning rain
Kisses the daylight welcome back
Imagine for a moment
As I lay my head upon your chest
The beating of an hungry heart
That finds a place to rest
Then picture too my lady
That this man is sleeping by your side
This man that you hardly know
That now needs you as his bride
If in your mind you picture this
The scene of moonlight and roses set
Then I shall move in closer now
Into this moments fire lit silhouette
