my dogs want to be outside

my dogs know I am serious about being outside
six minutes, and they both want back inside
they keep checking me to with sleuth-ful peeks
the second I head down, they’ll be ahead of me in streaks.
They love the house, the air conditioning and snacks from Daddy.
They are spoiled beyond measure, my dogs Allie and Addie.
