My Demons

My demons dwell within me,
My demons take over my mind,
My demons take control of me,
My demons drive me mad from the inside.

My demons are unforgiving
My demons need to feed,
My demons relentlessly torture me,
My demons won't let me see.

My demons push me to my limits,
My demons take pleasure in my pain,
My demons enjoy watching me struggle,
My demons want me to fail.

My demons know what I've done,
My demons know where I've been,
My demons will keep pushing me
My demons are not my friends.

My demons are with me everywhere I go,
My demons won't let me be,
My demons will be for the rest of my life,
My demons will never set me free.
