My Daughters

pretty like a picture delicate like a bud so little,so tiny i hold you in one hand a palm of so many memories tears on every finger tip i think of you with every touch with every kiss on my lips so why do you have to grow up so fast where did all the time go i'd have you for the rest of time this is always in the know then one day,i turned around and both of you were gone in you place, two women stood with a smile and both so strong the feelings that i have felt for you i share out fair and square in every kiss,i'll see your smile and every touch, the faces of you still so pretty,a picture flowers buds make me think of you.
