My Broken Heart
I'll keep holding your hand, until you can no longer breathe.
I keep praying for a miracle...that let's you come back to me.
I'll hide my true feelings, so our children will never know.
How my light ends with you my love, even now it barely glows.
Each day I will find a way, to live with so much pain.
I'll live and then I will die, there is no one that I can blame.
I visit you every day, but I know you are not really here.
I pray for you suffering to end, I've now shed a billion tears.
I've tasted your lips...I've felt your tender touch.
Both of these my love, I miss so terribly much.
I will hold my head up high, but inside I'm falling apart.
I will soon walk this world alone, just me and my broken heart.
