My Blue Cheese Is Bacon

MY BLUE CHEESE IS BACON Crispy, well-done with lettuce and tomato on toast with mayonnaise or miracle whip, a touch to my lips, but how my mind races when soggy tomato does coast down my tongue with wobbly, undercooked slips of gristly bacon. I try to hide my displeasure from my host as I gregariously gag, snipping at bites, pleasure to kip. I’ve finally washed the slippery eel down with the most satisfying glass of milk and smile whilst crunching potato chips. 1/11/2017

Lol, I don't like slimy food either! I use the vegan bacon from time to time which is really good for BLTs…love the humorous way you described it as being a slippery eel! Good luck in the contest Kim!~Che :)

Getting served that raw swine deal is friendly criminal ... and people wonder why it's said that a dog is man's best friend. Guess who's eating the guest plate. Lol! Wonderful spot of poetry, dear. I can relate i hate slimey bacon not crispy crunchy or at least well cooked with not a lot of fat on the edges. I hated the bacon in Italy it was vile mainly fat ugh:-( good luck in the contest.hugs Jan xx

Oh I detest slithery foods. But gosh, crispy bacon is like the best tasting thing ever! How can people enjoy it barely cooked? It was fun to see what you chose. Mine is a lot more disgusting though.

oh, no - all bacon or just bacon soggy as you described? Probably all fatty bacon parts. I love bacon, love it, love it - just like on that doggy commercial, but I do buy only the thick cuts and cook all fat out. I think there are probably more bacon lovers than not, based on my life.
