My Big Brother

He is more than just a brother,
He is one of my best friends,
Without him I will feel so alone,
No one to go against Dad and take my side,
No one to barge into my room upset once again,
even his little mood swings,
are a luxury im not willing to miss.

I know he has to go.
College life awaits.
But what if he forgets,
that those who care are at home.
Not again can it slip his mind,
How much I love him so.
I could not make it through that again.

Sure we have our scuffles,
doesn't everyone?
But in the end I always know
We love eachother now and always.
We fight it's over
We're siblings
that's just how it goes.
