My Best Friend
You are my best friend
Though you make me mad
But you also make me happy
Excited and sometimes sad.
You make me mad sometimes
Even though you don't mean to.
And sometimes I wish
You'd just watch what you do.
You don't get me mad alot
But when you do it's okay,
'Cause no matter what you do
Our friendship will stay.
Next you make me happy
Sometimes as happy as i can be.
I guess it's because when I'm with you
I can just be me.
All the memories we've made
Are too unforgettable you see.
So that means I'll never forget them
And you better not ? You hear me?
When I get upset
I know I can talk to you,
But sometimes it seems
We both don't know what to do.
I know you try to understand
But I don't get why,
Because I don't even understand
And believe me I try.
So if you ever feel like
I shut you out,
Don't think it's your fault
I'm what it's about.
With all thats happened
I'm glad you still here.
And youve been here through
The butterflies and every tea.r
And trust me all the smiles and pain
Will be worth it in the end.
But there is no end cause for eternity
You'll always be my best friend.
