Music and Poetry

This is just  what I need to be upbeat
Some upbeat music  and poetry
I’m happy and this completes me
My imagination is active
I’m takin away
To another world 
I’m another girl
In my mind
My creativity is about to shine
I’m a whole different person
At peace
I’m fine
Living in a fantasy world
Creative mind
Closing my eyes
Day Dreaming 
Open them again and write
About my other life
I’m living when I close my eyes
Creativity in the mind
Sitting in my big house
Drinking wine
With my friend
Just getting off of work
He chilling with me trying to unwind
After a hard days of work
With each other we’re at peace
He happy with me
So we decide go for a ride
In the middle of the night
We change our mind and fly
Fly away to another place
We decide to fly over seas
We went to 3 countries
France, Africa and Germany
We had so much fun together
Best friends forever
Can do anything you want in
This world in my mind
Can write about anything
Music takes me away
This is how I’m writing this poem today
This is so much fun to do
Writing with upbeat music
Maybe you should try it to
This is how people make songs
Creativity is never right or wrong
You just use your imagination with music
I love to do it
You have a beautiful mind
Have fun and Use it

Chris Green November 27, 2018 at 9:15 AM "Creativity is never right or wrong" you can say that again. I can't even imagine a world with music or art, how dull would that be. It would be like a world without color, monochromatic and lonely. Nicely done Christy
