Much Much More

since my baby been away.
i miss her more and more each day.
every night i try to pray.
bring my baby home to stay.
is there some way i can find her.
next time i'll be much more kinder.
i wish wish wish with all my might
that i could be right besider.
i would holder so much tighter
make her world much more brighter
capture a star if i could
and put it on your finger
if you would
promise to love you
with love that adores
this is only the begginning
there's much much more

Sometimes giving all your love is not enough if the feelings are not returned. YOU are such a romantic John you could write her poems. God Bless Phyl

John, I understand these feelings.....I wish not to burden you with my story, (filled with dread and delight!) but I much enjoyed this plaintive poem, and thanks for your flattering comments, jimbo

You have such a loving heart, John. A beautiful poem! And thanks for correcting "living" to "loving" on my poem. Love, Carolyn
