Moving On

Today I let go….. Been in this situation to long so…. I’m letting you Go Life has been a roller coaster and I don’t want to Ride I feel the pain so deep and apparent I think I want to Hide Not from shame… Life has a way of making us live thru things I mean I was your wife, ain’t that what the ring means….. I have to let you go though I now understand my worth Got to focus on me now, trying to get rid of the hurt So….. Today I let go and I let God handle all the rest I have lived for you as long as I could, even gave you my best But…. Today I let go!
