Moving Along

   It's coming
I see where my toes will fit
   It's a little more than a lump
   But my toes will fit

   Momma said," Stay with me,
                         Don't travel about.
The escalator will bite and suck you in.
                          No more toes,
                          And it will win."

   I've never listened before
Now I end up stuck in the floor
   Sucked into the moving walkway
   The floor is no more
Perhaps I'll become an exit sign
Only work when people pay a dime
   Here I stand
   Toes stuck in airport land
Caught my toes in the airport escalator
