Moving

Four states in fifteen years,
I know it doesn’t seem like much.
But when you’re my age,
It really truly does, I am fifteen.
People say its cool, I say it sucks.
Florida was hot,
I was born there.
Ohio was beautiful,
Don’t know why we went there.
Missouri, I liked the people.
I had family there.
Indiana was and still is cold.
My great grandma lives here.
I’ve gone through so many friends,
And none ever kept in touch.
I didn’t really expect them to,
But I do enjoy surprises.
I hope we stay here for a while.
Simply because it’s so hard to leave.
