" Mountain Top"

Standing on a Mountain top over looking the country side..
Like a rollercoaster ride my feet start to give out..
Now like a river I slide down this mountainside to stream
and then to the abyss..
Like a conversation to a blank face there is no reply to hear..
Empty country side is where we are niether here or there..
Aimlessly I wander through the tall and dark trees..
Are feet are traveling on a road to this restless sea..
So now we ride a wave to take me to a different land..
Searching for a friendly face or friend to take my hand..
New visions start to arrise as I see another sunset..
Lifting clouds now show another day and a better concept..
So here I stand overlooking the tall treetops..
And now I see Im still here on this mountain top...

sounds scary, like on romancing the stone and the mud slide scene.

The feeling of being "neither here nor there" is one to which many of us can relate, Michael. I hope the "new visions" bring "friendly faces" your way, especially on this Easter Sunday! Love, Carolyn
