Motzart

is there life to her
or is it all a blur
do the tears stop
they fall and drop
eventually to nowhere
her beauty to share
but only hides it
she forgives but can't forget
her heart was broken
the truth spoken
she loved him
he broke her heart
the music will play
the pain will fade
a new begnining will start
just listen to motzart

Music is very soothing. My father writes music and has set a number of my poems to music - he plays and I sing. Believe in new beginnings! As to my poem I often walk in a park in Flatlands in Brooklyn, New York with friends. Keep up the good poetry! Yours Matthew Anish

Autumn, what a fabulous tribute to Mozart! Your form is a couplet I think. Take a look at "Poetry Terminology" in the lower left under "Resources".
