Motionless

where
  the egrets
           perch
where
   the petrels
         nest
the
    kestrels
       screech
wrens
peep
above
      the creek
which
wends
    then ends
where
 the speckled
         perch teem
and
dew
  bedews
    the ferns

Hello Brian. I've been enjoying a random selection of your poems. I am in no way a critic, but would like to bounce an idea off that I used to shape my poems. Start your poems in the center, then you can add to the left and the right. I used to put words for together; such as your above lines: which wends then ends where... etc....Aligning and emphasizing "ends" and keeping the "w" words aligned (which you did). Just something I'd throw out there to see if you like.

Thanks Jeff for your input,I use a kindle to post my poetry here, but if I have the appropriate facility on my laptop limited software,I will experiment with your suggestions as they might be very useful to my youtube clips of my open 'organic form' style that I use.Rgds Brian
