Mother's True Love

Mother’s True Love As she dreams tonight to her mom’s lullaby She falls asleep by her mother’s side As the mother thinks of how to leave She slips away to let her princess sleep Setting out to close that door She looks back to see her child Memories Start to spring Through the labor she wished she had not done But now to see what is in front She would never let something so precious leave By: Marissa Stoops
