Mothers of the Earth
Mothers of the earth, you are responsible for our birth; mothers of the earth come forth and balance the world. You toil all day long, in the fields so that the universe can heal; Sweat trickling down your backs, soaking your frocks, while the sun burns your blistering feet, and every day they watch you toil in the sweltering heat; mothers of the earth you are strong.
The agony of the world is mounting upon your back and failed powers have interlocked. The wisdom of the sea is calling out to thee, with a message that the universe wants to be free. Measure the distance that you have to run and write me a poem before the day is done; the earth is depending on you to bring about peace and stability so that the land can strive and the people can live to survive.
Mothers of the earth you have been there from the beginning of time, and you know everything that is on the line. You watch the trees blossom and grow, and you watch the transform into fruits on the vine, stretching from oceans to vineyard and producing some of the most tasteful wine. I have search hard and long to figure out how nature flow but time cannot phantom and the heavens cannot bend.
Mothers of the earth, you keep the world intact, and in times of chaos you have maintained a steady head, even when everyone seems to be dead, the forces hold things together, and when the mad wind blows and the unforgiving wind tears off the roof, you have kept your cool; and when the rivers and valley overflow’s their banks, you have watched it all and the universe stands tall, for you have understood it all.
You have scaled Mountains at night, and calm the ragging sea in broad day light it unfolds in front of our very eyes, nature cannot lie. Mothers of the earth, no one has ever come to see you, no one has ever asked about you. No one has ever whispered about you; your magnitude is strong, and you can conquer everyone.
You have met with Kings and queens, duke and Dutchess princes and princesses, prime ministers and presidents and even the African bush doctor. You have mingled in four corners of the earth and you have walked through volcano and stirred up lava and dirt and have travelled day and night through lonely desert and freezing nights. And when the snow piled up to the ceiling, you walk through it and make it even. Yet no one ask about you, but you continue to live it through.
Mothers of the earth, you are kind, mothers of the earth, you are divine, mothers of the earth you have the power to bring about peace and stability and make the universe happy. You must visit the broken hearted today and lift up those that are going the wrong way, for today is your day.
Mothers of the earth, you are kind, mother of the earth, you are divine; mother of the earth you have powers to settle the dispute of the world and make the universe whole for little boys and girls.
Let the wind blow! And let your courage grow; change direction of the ship so that the world can enjoy the benefits.
Mothers of the earth circle the planet today!
