Mother's Dilemma

I wonder how fast time flies away....
You were in the cradle my baby yesterday.....

Now your thoughtful talks are making my day....
But still in my mind your first words sway........

When I felt your hands with my hands the other day....
They had outgrown my hands anyway..............

You have moved your stuff into your own array.....
But I still feel that in my lap, you lay............

I am your mom and I pray for you everyday....
I want you to flourish and my toils for you to pay....

Kids grow up and move on,no matter what you say.....
Young birds have to leave their nests, its nature's way....
