Notes About The Poem

Living, or passed on, your mother will always be your mother. Happy Mother's Day to all mothers.

Mother's Day

Mother's Day
By Franklin Price
5/12/2019

Today, in May, is Mother's Day
Second Sunday every year
If it weren't for mothers
We would not be here

Fathers must contribute
Mothers in it for the haul
There for growth and nutrients
Pre-birth, she is your mall

You kicked her in the stomach
And she had you anyway
I hope that you appreciate
And honor her today
