Mother Nature Seen Twice
Snowcapped mountains rise on high
Impressively reaching toward the sky
Puffy white clouds and the spirit lifts
A vision of Mother Nature’s many gifts.
Woodlands lie at the mountains base
Trees and grasses each fill their space
Clumps of tall blades blowing in a breeze
Filling the open space beneath the trees.
And in the still calm water’s surface below
As if Mother Nature’s mirror, it will show
A perfect picture of the reverse reflects
A second image of Mother Nature’s subjects.
