I would come home around 6:30AM and my wife would be waiting to put our son in my arms as she kissed me goodbye on her way out. Good times!!! Some folks never do figure that out! Problem is that it's not just his loss; it's even moreso the kids' loss. On the other hand, at least child support was pad. 'Chopped liver' is a bit of a putdown, such as 'second class' or inferior (quality.) So here, the father is second-class when it comes to taking care of baby, b/c mother s by far the main player... ~ Gershon
