Mother

Your digging faster and faster inside your hole.
You get so far down, soon your going to lose your soul.
Everything I thought was a lie, your not who your supposed to be.
My world is crashing down and it breaks my heart slowly.
I can't keep up with everything I know.
It's hard to comprehend, my mind is trapped, nowhere to go.
"I'll always tell you the truth. I will never let you down."
These are things you say, but the words are rundown.
Burned beyond recognition to many times to count.

You were everything I wanted to be. The only person I wanted around.
Now it seems your way to close to me, even from way across town.
I wish I could rewind and fix it all, but theres nothing I can do.
Its sad, all you've done was lie, and all I wanted was you.
