Mother

You brought me into this world,
You held me at night, when I couldn't sleep,
You gave me hugs and kisses each day.

You were there for me when I was sick,
You pick me up when I was down,
You held me hand when me feet couldn't touch the ground.

You showed me how to love,
You showed me how to care,
you showed me that I could be anything if I
put my mind to it.

You guide me when I wasn't sure which way to go,
You would sit there and listen to me when I needed to talk
to someone.
You showed me how to be the person I am today,
Now that I am older you have given me the wisdom and
straighten I need to be as good as you.

Thank you mother for all that you have given me.
Thank you for showing me how to be a women,
Thank you for making me who I am today.......................

A proud mother.
