Mother
There is a calling in all the earth
Far greater than any other,
Echoed by the angels
Through the heavens above.
It is the name of MOTHER.
There is a joy in all the earth
Far sweeter than any other,
Mirrored in the eyes
Of a little child,
It is the smile of a MOTHER.
There is a jewel in all the earth
More precious than any other
Of a distinct quality
Beyond compare.
It is the heart of a MOTHER.
There is a treasure in all the earth,
More beautiful than any other.
God’s special gift
He gave to the world,
It is the LOVE to her child from a MOTHER.
