Most Beautiful Christmas Poem

A star shines in ebony sky, sifting snow
Where angels sing and tree tops glow
Sleigh rides jingle on down the road
Where skaters dance, their love is showed

Homemade presents sit under the Christmas tree
Where the children are laughing in glee
Loved ones join with carols and food
Spreading hugs and kisses, share a festive mood

Prayers are spoken while candles are lit 
Near the table where baskets of candy canes sit
Cups of hot cocoa are welcome to everyone
Ready to warm up during all of the fun

A sparkling snowman watches, with a smile on his face
Happy to see such a beautiful place
Wrapped in peace with its meaning held tight
Under a pine, the manger rests Christmas night
