Morning Snow
Morning Snow
Written: by Miracle Man

A heavy morning snow carpets the ground,
now, nature’s tranquility is the only sound.
It won’t be long before nature’s unsleeping,
and stuck inside, clock hands seem creeping.
Cardinals and Finches peck acorns now crushed,
morning tranquility their stirring has hushed.
Acorns lay exposed that car tires have claimed,
on a giant white canvas this picture God framed.
One huge blanket stretches beyond my sight,
Sounds pierce the quietness by geese in flight.
Our animals are cold but at least they’re dry,
God gave me this picture and I wonder why?
