Often those worries and negative thoughts rise as I open my morning eyes. Embracing thoughts of God and faith thwart a troubled mind.

MORNING RITUAL I shake off thoughts, as I awaken, replaced by cocoa beans and faith. Remembering, I’m not forsaken, I shake off thoughts, as I awaken. Open the book, it’s true — I’m shaken. Awesome use of triolet form to tell your ritual. I surprised myself. Sat down and wrote mine as a limerick in under two minutes!! Not much to tell, that's why. It's not posted yet and not as good as yours!!
