Morning Praise

When I wake up in the morning 
The first thing that I'll do
Is Praise God for one more day
And look at life like it's  Brand New

I forget about the worries 
That filled my yesterdays
And not over think tomorrow
As I let God lead my way

As I travel through each day
I wear a smile for my expression 
With one eye on this world
And the other fix on heaven

Before I start my day
I take time to speak to God
And no matter what unfolds
He always leaves me awed 

Most people go through life
And never learn this lesson
God put us here for others
To them to be a blessing
