Morning Glory Seedlings
I got a flower pot ready
aerated the soil inside,
it was left out all Winter
the plants from last year had died.
Brought it into the house
I didn't want it to go to waste,
let the soil warm up a bit
inside the soil, the seeds are encased.
I planted a week ago yesterday
started the seedlings inside,
some of them are an inch tall
the rest of them can't hide.
I watch them making progress
every day that goes by,
more Morning Glory seedlings pop up
seems as easy as apple pie.
I'm giving them life
can't wait for them to bloom,
nurturing them as they go
in the planter, there's lots of room.

I got a couple of packages of seeds, after I had all of the other seeds planted. So, I decided to put these ones into the planter pot and start them inside. It took about five days, when I noticed the first seedling. I keep them on the kitchen table, where there's lots of light. When I get a warm day here and there, I put them outside, then bring them back in at night.
