More Questions
Can you remember the first time,
When you looked to the heavens
And boldly asked why?
Or the last time you sought comfort,
From all the turmoil about
Only to receive no reply?
It would seem that curiosity
Provides a life-long quiz,
As answers are withheld.
Since most are seen repeatedly,
Few are thought to be original,
While a small number are misspelled.
So where the answers are seldom easy,
The interrogation must go forward
With focus and grace.
Because this test is given to all humanity,
And if failed, it'll be repeated,
But from a dismal, last place.
